Description

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Annex 5 to the contract documents and Chapter XIX of the contract documents.3 The Contracting Authority informs that: 1) he plans to provide services for at least 150 vehicles; 2) on average, approximately 20 vehicle services and repairs are performed per month.
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of technical maintenance and repair services for vehicles of the Capital Police Headquarters: trucks, buses and vans, delivery vans, special purpose vehicles, hereinafter referred to as "services".2.The Contracting Authority hereby informs that:1) at least 150 vehicles are planned to be serviced;2) on average 20 vehicle maintenance and repairs are performed monthly;with the reservation that the number and type of ordered services shall be based on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority in this respect, and the Contractor shall have no right to claim that the total value of ordered services is lower than the value of the contract referred to in Chapter XVII § 11 of the contract documents. The contractor shall have no claims whatsoever should the Contracting Authority exercise the above right. The Contracting Authority hereby informs that the value of the services provided under the contract shall not be lower than 70% of the amount of the contract value mentioned in chapter XVII § 11 of the contract documents.4. The Contracting Authority requires that the services mentioned in point 4 sub-points 1-3 be performed at a service station located in one of the following counties: Piaseczyński, Pruszkowski or districts of Warsaw: Ursus, Włochy, Ochota, Mokotów, Ursynów, Wilanów, Wola, Żoliborz, Bielany, Bemowo, Śródmieście.5. The subject matter of the contract includes in particular1) in case of technical service - diagnostics and vehicle inspection in accordance with the list of inspection activities specified in the vehicle inspection card and replacement of consumable parts subject to periodical replacement in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations;2) repair and/or replacement of tyres - removal/fitting of tyres, removal of defects, balancing of tyres, repair and/or replacement of wheel centres; 4) towing of the vehicle from the place indicated by the Ordering Party, located on the territory of Warsaw garrison, i.e. 4) towing of a vehicle from a location indicated by the Ordering Party, located in the Warsaw garrison, i.e. in the following counties: grodziski, legionowski, otwocki, piaseczyński, pruszkowski, warszawski-zachodni, wołomiński, miński and nowodworski and districts of the Capital City of Warsaw to a contractor's service station.
