Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide school meals in support of school and extracurricular activities in two different refectories (the first located inside the primary school of Basaldella located in via Scortolès and the second located in the vicinity of the primary schools of Campoformido and secondary schools of Io grado located in via C. The duration of the contract is 3 (three) years (excluding any options). The actual starting date of the service will be communicated on the basis of the school calendar. The contracting authority reserves the right to renew the contract, under the same conditions, for a duration of 3 (three) years, for an amount of EUR 495 742.50 including security charges due to risks of interference and net of VAT and / or other taxes and legal contributions.the duration of the contract in progress may be modified for the time strictly necessary to conclude the procedures necessary for the identification of the new contractor pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11 of the code.
