Description
The purpose of the contract is the management of the catering service at the ADISU premises used as a university canteen, and provides for the supply of food, preparation and self-service distribution of meals. The service also includes all auxiliary services including cleaning, disinfection, disinfestation, sanitization and maintenance (of equipment, furniture, installations and premises) as better specified in the following articles.
