Description

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing school properties in accordance with economic principles, taking into account school requirements, and of leasing the more than 400 schools to the Ministry of Schools and Vocational Training (BSB).

The listed building built as a monastery school in 1873 (listed building no.: 13865) is to be renovated.

The previous sewer inspections are inadequate as the pipes have not been inspected. The sewer survey is intended to complete/complement the outdated/existing survey.
