France - Canal de l'Aisne à la Marne - Bief de partage à l'aval de la commune de Sept-Saulx - Diagnosis of leaks observed

Description

This contract involves carrying out :
- an on-site diagnosis, with the drafting of a corresponding final diagnostic report (observations, analyses, conclusions), including precise identification of the source of the 4 leaks in question;
- an opinion on the need for emergency work to be carried out, its exact nature and a financial estimate.

As indicated in the notice of public invitation to tender, the contractor for this contract must hold Class C Hydraulic Works Safety approval.

The quotation will include the following prices:
- site visits ;
- investigations (research, photography, etc.) ;
- final diagnostic report;
- preparation of specifications for any additional studies required (geotechnical, topographical, etc.);
- study and costing of emergency work and solution to be adopted, in line with hydraulic safety and environmental protection ;
- feedback meeting;
- any other services required.
