Description

The federal government of Canada needs an AXELOS-accredited contractor to deliver series of instructor led in-class or virtual training courses on information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) for users across the country.

Courses will be delivered in English or French, according to the course calendar and each course will have 6 to 15 participants. For remote participants, training may be required using a virtual classroom. "Tele-seminars", interactive classrooms or webinars should also be presented as options.

The project authority will be responsible for evaluating the courses.

The 75% of courses will be held in the National Capital Region of Canada, and 25% will be held in regional locations throughout Canada.

Bidders will be ranked on the highest combined rate of technical merit (70%) and price (30%).

The contract lasts from the date that the contract commences to 31 January 2019 inclusive.
