Borough of La Baie

The City of Saguenay is requesting proposals for the sale of land, located north of rue Bagot in the borough of La Baie and designated as lot 6 320 486 of the cadastre of Quebec, with a total surface area of 1,709.6 m².
Financial guarantees and other requirements may be specified in the call for proposals documents.
Call for proposals documents are available on the SÉAO electronic tendering system, or may be requested from the Procurement Division of the Finance Department at approvisionnements@ville.saguenay.qc.ca.
Proposals must be received at the secretariat of the procurement division of the City of Saguenay, 3501, rue du Roi-Georges, Jonquière (Québec) G7X 1V6 (tel.: 418 698-3055) and will be opened as soon as possible following the deadline for receipt of proposals, in the presence of interested proposers.
The City of Saguenay does not undertake to accept the proposal with the highest final score, nor any of the proposals received, and will not incur any obligation whatsoever towards the proposal(s).
