The purpose of this operation is to implement the urban renewal policy defined by the Commune to strengthen its central hub. The concession program includes tasks relating to the implementation of the city's urban development project, notably economic development, commercial restructuring, restructuring of run-down housing estates, improvement of private housing stock, and urban development operations. One of VAR AMENAGEMENT DEVELOPPEMENT's main missions is to organize and develop the Castel Chabre and Ancien Évêché areas, in particular by setting up private economic, tertiary, training, service and commercial activities.
