The hospitals AZ Turnhout vzw, AZ Herentals vzw, Heilig Hartziekenhuis Mol vzw and AZ Sint-Dimpna Geel vzw have set up a group purchasing platform under the name Taxandria. The conditions of this tender will also apply if the contracting authorities decide to unite under ZNK VZW or another legal entity under which the activities may be accommodated. Under this platform, these hospitals wish to jointly examine purchases, lay down agreements and conditions according to agreed and requested modalities further in this dossier. A hospital cannot be held liable by the contractor for contractual or extra-contractual errors committed by one of the other hospitals during the performance of the agreement.
