1. Notice: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only.
1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS is 515210, "Cable and Other Subscription Programming" with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women owned small business concerns. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.
1.2 Below is a document containing a description of services requirement and a Contractor Capability Survey, which allows you to provide your company's capability.
1.3 If the Government decides to conduct procurement as a result of the market research, a separate pre-solicitation synopsis of that procurement will be posted to FEDBIZOPS. Interested companies are requested to submit a summary outline of their qualifications to conduct integrated water sediment removal services at Malmstrom AFB. References to vendor web pages will not be accepted.
1.4 Please note that we cannot return your submissions to you.
1.5 Small businesses are encouraged to participate in this Market Research.
2. This request for Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or material. No contract award will be made as a result of this sources sought synopsis. This information is provided to the government at no cost.
 
REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTION
Malmstrom AFB (MAFB) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements to MAFB.
The Contractor shall provide non-personal services including all management, supervision, personnel, transportation, tools, materials and other items necessary to provide cable television (CATV) and cable high-speed internet service to the facilities listed in Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment 1. The period of performance will be 1 Oct 2019 to 30 Sep 2024. The CATV and cable internet outlets listed in the PWS Attachment 1 are subject to change.
Base Access. Access to MAFB will require a Contractor Entry Authorization List (CEAL) to be submitted for each employee for a security clearance.
