Description
By renewing the degassing plant, a reduction in the emission of harmful greenhouse gases is to be achieved compared to the continuation of conventional landfill degassing. In addition, the deficits of the existing degassing plant are to be eliminated. A potential study from 2022 is available on the residual gas content of the landfill and the deficiencies of the existing degassing system. Necessary measures:- Replacement of the partially defective gas collection and gas distribution- Replacement of the existing gas collection shafts- Replacement of the extraction system, suitability for CH4 contents of 45 vol% to < 1 vol%- Gas treatment using a methane oxidation field- Operating and monitoring concept
