Description
By means of the present contract, the LESSOR grants the LESSEE a specific physical space within the fairgrounds of CORFERIAS as a lease, with the exclusive purpose that the LESSEE exhibits or commercializes its goods and/or services therein, during the term established in the present contract, in exchange for a remuneration to be paid by the LESSEE and in favor of the LESSOR under the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
