Description

Total duration of the contract: 5 years. The contract is structured in two distinct phases:Phase 1: "Investment": from the notification of the contract, the estimated date of which is, at this stage, 1 April 2022, the Contractor will be responsible for carrying out the investment, assistance, consultancy and monitoring services as detailed in the Special Conditions of Contract until 30 December 2023 (date of closure of eligibility of expenditure under the ERDF): as from 1 January 2024, the Holder will have the task of carrying out disinvestment, assistance, advice and monitoring as detailed in the Special Conditions of Contract, until the expiry of the contractin accordance with article R. 2124-3 of the public order code, consultation conducted in the form of an open invitation to tender (articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2, R.2124-1 and R.2124-2 of the Public Order Code)
execution of the investment and disinvestment strategy, monitoring of holdings, assistance and advice for the accounting, financial and administrative management of REACTEU
