Description
In their offer, the bidders will have to propose a creative concept that can be declined off and online on the two targets indicated in the briefing. This concept is expected to include the following characteristics:- a strong inspirational value;- a creative common thread which must be adaptable to the summer and winter period;- messages adapted to the targets and the seasons;- resonance in the press;- the concept must be declined in activation: how to make Brussels live, outside Brussels. This activation could concern only one of the two audiences and take place in only one of the two seasons. A recommendation is expected in this respect,- the headlines and call-to-action will have to be adapted by the agency (according to the targeted markets) In their offer, tenderers will have to demonstrate the declarable character of their concept in development the following material:- a display with the key visual in horizontal and vertical;- some relevant Facebook or Instagram assets;- some relevant display formats.
