Advice on obligations at farm level arising from Cross Compliance (CC) and/or Good Agricultural and Environmental Condition (GAEC) standards (advice on CC, GAEC). Advice on agricultural practices, ecosystem services and green infrastructure that benefit the climate and the environmentThis also includes advice on the implementation of measures for production-integrated compensation in conventional and organic farms. Advice on planning, applying for and/or implementing the EAFRD measures contained in the Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 of the Free State of Thuringia:- M04 investment support for tangible assets4.1 Support for investments in agricultural holdings (AFP, small investments, ÖkoInvest)4.2 Support for investments in the processing/marketing and/or development of agricultural products (including organic products),- M06 development of agricultural holdings and other businesses,- M10 agri-environment and climate measures,- M11 organic farming,- M16 cooperation. Advice on requirements at farm level for the implementation of Article 11(3) of Directive 2000/60/EC (in particular agricultural water protection, agricultural activities in drinking water protection areas)The aim of the advice must be to optimise nitrogen management on the farm in order to reduce nitrate pollution in groundwater.Only farms that use agricultural land are eligible for advice:- in the N-polluted groundwater bodies according to the "scenery for water protection for Fachlos 4" described in Annex 2 to the framework agreement, or- in drinking water protection areas in which the water supplier demands restrictions on agricultural use in order to protect groundwater.farms.farms that are at the same time members of a water protection cooperation may only make use of advice according to Fachlos 4 if the advice does not correspond to the contractually agreed services within the framework of participation in the water protection cooperation. Consultations on the National Action Plan (NAP) for the Sustainable Use of Plant Protection Products (PPP) (requirements at beneficiary level for the implementation of Article 33 of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009). Advice for young farmersA advice for young farmers is possible provided that:- it is a natural person who has set up for the first time on an agricultural holding and who exercises sole or joint control over the holding,- it is not more than 40 years old when the advice starts.Even if there is more than one young farmer on the holding, the advice can only be used for one young farmer. The advice for young farmers is limited to a maximum period of 5 years after the first establishment. The deadline will be met if the consultation has begun before expiry. Advice on issues related to the economic and environmental performance of the farm (including quality management and digitisation and advice on energy efficiency). Advice on the implementation of the principles of organic farming on the basis of the EU regulations in force at the time. advice must be given on at least one of the following points:- advice on organic farms for the optimisation of livestock farming, plant production, farm management and marketing. Organic farms are exclusively recognised organic farms that are subject to the control procedure in accordance with the currently valid EU Control Regulation,- advice on the conversion from conventional farms to organic farming methods. Advice on the development of short supply chains The advice should relate to at least one of the following contents:- production and business management advice on crop diversification,- diversification of agricultural production,- advice for direct marketers on diversification of marketing channels. Advice on sheep farming (including goat farming)The advice includes at least one of the following points and their contents:1) Technical production advice on the farm:- animal husbandry and animal health/ welfare, animal welfare; investment advice on feeding (ration planning and calculation for winter feeding and grazing period design),- Optimisation of the use of existing land (KULAP, cultivation planning and management, etc.),- Development of a farm management system (KULAP),- Development of a farm management system (KULAP),- Development of a farm management system (KULAP),- Development of a farm management system (KULAP),- Development of a farm management system (KULAP),- Development of a farm management system (KULAP) ä.),- support in negotiations on landscape management and nature conservation measures,- labour management, including the use and handling of guard dogs as a preventive measure,- breeding (breeds, use of goats, selection measures in the herd),- marketing.2) Support or assumption of tasks for compliance with legal regulations, documentation obligations and applications:- animal stock management/use of electronic identification,- cross compliance,- bookkeeping,- application for subsidies.3) Profitability calculations for the branch of industry:- Identification of potentials,- Development of future-oriented operating concepts. Advice on resource-conserving land management The advice should cover at least one of the following points:- professional implementation of the applicable fertiliser ordinance, including the Land Fertiliser Ordinance,- efficient use of all macro- and micronutrients in the operation, including the use of the corresponding software or other aids for the professional determination of fertiliser requirements,- efficient use of organic fertiliser/creation of a farm fertiliser concept on the farm,- advice on the cultivation of particularly nitrogen- and water-efficient crops and varieties,- advice on erosion and soil protection,- introduction/optimisation of new, resource-efficient forms of farming on the farm,- optimisation of technical equipment in terms of resource-conserving farming (and a. Fertiliser application technology, use of sensor technology for nutrient determination of plant stands and/or in liquid organic fertilisers, storage optimisation),- irrigation concept including implementation support,- economic efficiency calculation or feasibility study for the above-mentioned contents. Counselling on social agricultureThis also includes counselling on the diversification option of "learning on a farm". Advice on bee-friendly agriculture: possibilities for agriculture to promote honeybees and other insects visiting flowersAdvice must be given on at least one of the following points and their contents:1) Arable farming:- Integration of traditional plants (nectar, pollen) into crop rotation,- Flowering crops (e.g. grain legumes), catch crops, undersown seeds, mixed crops, flowering areas/strips.2) Grassland:- Conservation, maintenance and development of areas rich in wild plants and flowers.3) Management and technology:- Adaptation of mowing and mulching schedules and techniques,- Leaving (edge) strips, preservation and creation of retreat places,- Plant protection.4) Communication on site;5) Concrete proposals for measures and funding opportunities. Advice on animal welfare, animal welfare and health aspects in pig farming The advice must include at least one of the following contents:- Process technology advice with regard to low-emission process design (in particular design of ventilation systems and their safety systems, BAT, etc.)),- Assessment of the various aspects of animal welfare on the basis of indicators (animal-related, resource-related and management-related indicators),- Evaluation of animal welfare on the basis of existing evaluation procedures (animal welfare index, national evaluation framework, animal husbandry procedures, checklists, etc.),- Animal health. Advice on animal welfare, animal welfare and health aspects in cattle farming The advice must include at least one of the following contents:- process technology advice with regard to low-emission process design,- assessment of the various aspects of animal welfare on the basis of indicators (animal-related, resource-related and management-related indicators),- assessment of animal welfare on the basis of existing assessment procedures (animal welfare index, national assessment framework for animal husbandry procedures, checklists, etc.),- animal health. advice on animal welfare, animal welfare and health aspects in the keeping of farm animals (other than cattle, pigs and sheep/goats), i.e. outside of the professional groups 10, 14 and 15)The consultation must include at least one of the following contents:- Process technology consultation with regard to low-emission process design,- Assessment of the various aspects of animal welfare on the basis of indicators (animal-related, resource-related and management-related indicators),- Evaluation of animal welfare on the basis of existing evaluation procedures (animal welfare index, national evaluation framework, animal husbandry procedures, checklists, etc.),- Animal health.
