Description

The "shuttle" here refers to 1 coach intended mainly for short urban journeys, and not 1 vehicle systematically loaded with return journeys.1 This package includes the following types of services:- shuttles for single rotations of up to 5 km,- shuttles for single rotations of up to 10 km,- shuttles with 1 predetermined number of consecutive rotations, for which the "per rotation" rate is degressive (see "Shuttle"). This package contains the following types of services:- provision of a coach for a period of between 1 and 9 hours,- for laden mileage, per outing, of up to 250 km in the great majority of cases,1) the service may consist of a round trip, but also of a circuit, the stages of which will be specified when the order is placed;2) Therefore, the indicative maximum distances are understood as the total distance travelled by the vehicle with 1 group on board (distances travelled unladen are never counted);3) Where appropriate, the municipality shall notify in good time of its intention to schedule the use of the coach during the time it is stationary, in order to transport other groups for other journeys. The order form specifies the conditions of this availability. The carrier shall be informed of this proposed accessory use when ordering or at the latest before 17:30 on the day before departure.
