France - Bus and coach rental with driver

Description

Single market with optional tranches concluded at a global and fixed price for the provision of passenger transport services by coach. Nevertheless, some of this consultation will be carried out in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the public procurement code. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders with no annual minimum or maximum and an economic operator. Purchase orders will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required. Pursuant to Articles R. 2113-2 and L. 2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the contracting authority has decided not to award the contract, as the subject-matter of the services to be provided does not allow the identification of separate services.
