Canada - Bulk firewood supply - Réserve faunique de Portneuf

Description

The Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (the "Sépaq") is seeking bids from suppliers interested in supplying cords of bulk firewood (the "Wood") to the Réserve faunique de Portneuf (the "Site"). The Wood shall be supplied and delivered by the successful bidder (the "Supplier") in accordance with these general and special conditions. The cords of Wood shall be delivered in bulk to the forty-two (42) cottages of the Facility at the sole responsibility and expense of the Supplier. The supply contract is for a period of one (1) season, beginning June 15, 2024 and ending August 31, 2024. The supply contract may be renewed for four (4) additional periods, each lasting one (1) season, i.e. from June 15 to August 31 of each season, all in accordance with the special conditions.
