BUILDING WATER AND BUILDING HEATING SOUTHDescription of the measure:This building project involves the new construction of the Martin-Niemöller comprehensive school in Bielefeld. The planning area covers a northern and a southern plot. Type of service:Construction heating:A water-bearing construction heating system to cover the base load in the winter period.Mobile heat generator, energy source heating oil.Air heaters serve as heating surfaces.Construction water (TW & SW):Drinking water supply for the construction container system and a construction water tap for the construction site.Waste water disposal for the construction container system.Location of the construction site:The two areas are bordered to the west by Apfelstraße and are separated from each other by the street An der Reegt. The construction logistics concept already developed in view of the construction site delivery will be presented after the contract has been awarded. The contractor is recommended to inspect the construction area/building site on its own responsibility before submitting a bid in order to create a basis for calculation.
