Within the scope of a step-by-step assignment in accordance with § 3.2 below of this contract, the Client hereby assigns to the Contractor the engineering services of the technical equipment specialist planning contained in § 3, in Appendix 1.1 and otherwise in this contract for Plant Group 1 (waste water, water or gas plants), Plant Group 2 (heat supply plants), Plant Group 3 (ventilation plants) in accordance with § 53 Para. 2 HOAI for the project.The object of the contract is the replacement construction of an office and administration building, with employee apartments and an underground car park.the object of this contract is not planning services for site clearance, in particular with regard to the demolition of the old building stock, the construction of the excavation pit and the disposal of the resulting mineral waste.the project consists of a total of 3 components:(1) Replacement construction District Office:The District Office in Miesbach is currently spread over 8 locations in the city area. The district would like to settle the currently still distributed locations in one place in a central headquarters on Rosenheimer Straße.(2) Residential construction:A residential building is to be constructed on the north adjoining plots: 676/22, 627/23 and partly 667/726.(3) Underground car park:An underground car park with parking spaces for administrative and residential buildings is to be planned.the location and development of the underground car park depends on the design, at present it is planned to have 2 storeys. It is planned to make the underground car park accessible to the public for a fee outside of the hours of use of the district office. urban development: to the eastern neighbour (corridor no.: 667/5) a maximum of E + 2 floors can be realised. With regard to the design of the rest of the site, the requirements of the local design statutes of the town of Miesbach are to be taken into account. There are several listed buildings in the immediate vicinity. The building site is located in the area of the old town under ensemble protection and the AG expressly wishes a building design that radiates openness, proximity to the citizens and friendliness. Objectivity, modesty and thriftiness in the choice of architectural expressions and equipment should stand for a responsible use of public funds, or rather, they should convey our self-image as an administration serving all citizens.
