Description

The district town of Bad Salzungen intends to expand and make the brine world of Bad Salzungen more attractive.The project is divided into the following areas:1) Attractiveness of the brine active bath:a) Creation of barrier-free access for the brine active pool (turnstiles, doors, changing rooms, showers, pool lifts);b) Measures to increase the quality of the stay (creation of versatile rest zones, seating and communication areas, brine steam bath, new creation of a bath Gastronomy, multimedia systems, sound infrastructure);(c) investments to improve energy efficiency (lighting, thermal insulation, energy recovery);(d) expansion of the water area (multifunctional pools - courses/peak load times);(e) modernisation of bathroom changing rooms (cupboard systems, floors, guidance systems).2) Redesign/modernisation of the outdoor pool area:a) Construction of outdoor pools;b) Modernisation/optimisation of outdoor facilities (paths, paved rest areas, greenery, lighting, multimedia systems, sound infrastructure, shading);c) Creation of barrier-free interfaces to the active pool;d) Interface optimisation/connection to the outdoor sauna area.3) Expansion/modernisation of the prevention and health centre:a) Expansion and extension of additional or multifunctional treatment rooms (rooms for e.g. nutritional counselling, barrier-free bathing practice, seminar rooms, rest rooms);b) Expansion and extension of course room capacities;c) Expansion and extension of course-specific outdoor areas;d) Indication-specific expansion of the training equipment stock (PneumoKur/group therapy).4) Attractiveness of the indoor sauna:a) Installation of a steam bath sauna;b) Construction of a catering area ("brine room", creation of a feel-good atmosphere);c) Modernisation/optimisation of the lighting infrastructure;d) Modernisation/optimisation of the room architecture (improvement of the quality of stay).5) Adjustment of the technical equipment and the corresponding building infrastructure (basement area): The construction costs are currently estimated at approx. EUR 13.144 million net.The services are commissioned in stages and in stages.first of all, in the first stage of commissioning, work phases 1 and 2 (basic evaluation and preliminary planning) are commissioned for the overall measure in accordance with § 55 HOAI. Work phases 3-9 are called up in stages and in stages. There is no legal entitlement to an overall contract.
