Description

The City of Münster intends to commission specialist planning services for technical equipment planning (TGA planning) for a total of 9 construction projects. Of these, 6 construction projects concern the extension of existing school locations, 2 construction projects the new construction of schools and 1 construction project the new construction of a day-care centre for children. The 3 new construction projects will be combined into one site lot ("block") and 3 school expansion projects into 2 additional site lots ("blocks"). 3 sites of one lot will be planned at different times, which will allow for an optimized personnel deployment of the contractor.Each bidder can bid for all lots, but can only be awarded a contract for a maximum of one lot (lot limitation in the form of award limitation).the subject of this award procedure is the (gradual) award of the specialist planning services for the technical equipment service profile in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 of HOAI.II.2.14)Additional informationThe date for the end of the contract period stated in Section II.2.7 concerns the completion of the last construction project.
This site lot comprises the three new construction projects Langebusch day-care centre (site 1), Melanchthon school (site 2) and Matthias-Claudius school Handorf (site 3), which are to be worked on in the order stated.The award of contracts covers the specialist planning for the technical equipment work schedule in accordance with Section 2 of Part 4 of the HOAI for the three projects mentioned, namely the basic services for all work phases as well as individual special services.A step-by-step commissioning of the sites and the work phases is planned (for more details, see Section II.2.11). This site lot comprises the 3 expansion projects at the school sites Margaretenschule (site 1), Peter-Wust-Schule (site 2) and Schulzentrum Wolbeck (site 3), which are to be worked on in the order mentioned above. The award of contracts comprises the technical planning for the technical equipment specifications in accordance with Section 2 of Part 4 of the HOAI for the 3 projects mentioned, namely the basic services for all work phases as well as individual special services. This site lot comprises the 3 expansion projects at the school sites Realschule im Kreuzviertel (site 1), Annette-von-Droste-Hülshoff-Schule Nienberge (site 2) and Davertschule (site 3), which are to be worked on in the order mentioned.The award of contracts comprises the technical planning for the technical equipment specifications in accordance with Section 2 of Part 4 of the HOAI for the three projects mentioned above, namely the basic services for all work phases as well as individual special services. It is planned to commission the locations and the work phases in stages (for further details see Section II.2.11).
