Building project: The client plans to build a new apartment building with a basement and a total of 20 residential units on 5 floors plus a staggered storey in Hamburg. The planning area is located at Oelkersallee 9 +11, in 22769 Hamburg, district Altona-Nord, parcel 374. An excerpt from the real estate register is attached as an annex. The building to be erected is located in a gap between two apartment buildings with condominiums. Contractor's services: The contractor shall provide the professional delivery, installation, adjustment and functional testing in accordance with the standard and measurements of all windows and exterior doors of the above-mentioned construction project, including the necessary construction site equipment. The Contractor shall provide its services in a professional and timely manner in accordance with the generally recognized rules of technology, including the delivery of materials and building materials, as well as all relevant activities such as production, assembly, connection, provision of equipment, waste disposal and all other work that is part of the proper performance of the service, even if this work is not expressly mentioned.
