The services concern the supply of equipment, materials, products and miscellaneous items of professional quality necessary for the activities of the municipal technical centre and, more broadly, the municipal services of the city of Meyzieu.the delivery of supplies will be made mainly to the following addresses (69330 Meyzieu):- municipal technical centre - 31-35 rue Joseph Desbois;- municipal store - 26 rue Joseph Desbois.in all cases, the holder is required to deliver the supplies to the address indicated on the order form. The city may request delivery throughout its territory. The delivery deadline for the supplies shall be set by the candidate in the technical details of his offer. The delivery time is set by the candidate in the technical details of his offer. It starts from the receipt of the order form. Except for emergencies, orders placed on the same day may be grouped together.
The present lot concerns all the elements and products for fixing as well as the accessories and devices necessary for the maintenance of the buildings and their environment. The articles proposed by the holder must be compatible with the articles already in place in the communal buildings which are of the following brands: Abus, JPM, Vachette Assa Abloy, Bricard, Fischer, Molly, Spit, City, Stremler, Metalux, Dorma. This consignment includes all locksmithing components, security devices (anti-panic), security locksmithing, all the components related to the locksmithing (espagnolette, espagnolette, rods) as well as copies of keys. The locksmithing items shall be intended for professional use, interior or exterior use on exterior or interior doors of all types (wood, PVC, aluminium or mixed). The products will have the appropriate protections by design or additive products. The articles proposed by the holder will have to be compatible with the articles already in place in the communal buildings which are of the following brands: Abus, JPM, Vachette Assa Abloy, Bricard, Dorma. This batch concerns in particular:- copper and other metal products;- PVC products;- heating distribution accessories (radiators, taps);- sanitary fittings;- sanitary elements (washbasin, WC);- hot water production devices;- water supply and drainage equipment and appliances;- accessories and tools specific to the profession.The buildings of the city are equipped with equipment from Grohe, Presto, Athlantic, Porcher, Nicoll, Huot, Geberit, Dubourgel, Danfoss. The products offered by the owner will be strictly compatible with the equipment of these brands. The dimensions and characteristics of the various materials (centre distances, diameters, threads, overall dimensions) must allow for easy installation without any particular adaptation. Boiler room spare parts are expressly excluded from this framework agreement. This batch concerns all paints, wall and floor coverings, but also plasters, pastes, varnishes, glues, canvas, paper, brushes and other related products. This lot also covers acoustic or non-acoustic false ceiling tiles, wall soundproofing panels, but also hanging structures, structures and frames for the installation of false ceiling elements. This lot does not concern tiles and earthenware. This lot concerns all the hand tools and electroportable tools of the building trades. This lot does not concern the tools relating to the works of green spaces which is the subject of a specific lot. This lot concerns in particular:- lighting equipment (bulbs - including LEDs, neon lights, recessed blocks, floodlights);- circuit breakers;- BAES;- sockets of all kinds (RJ45, electric, telephone) and switches (conventional, push-button);- batteries of all kinds;- cables.The town's buildings are equipped with equipment from Legrand, Arnould, Ebenoid, Noirot, Wago, Phillips, Thorn, Sylvania, Theben, Osram. The products offered by the owner will be strictly compatible in terms of technical, aesthetic and performance with the equipment of these brands already installed. This batch concerns all construction materials for the public works sector. This lot includes the structural materials (cement, mortar, ready-mixed concrete (BPE), cinder blocks, steel or tools) as well as earthenware and tiles. The products concerned are the products common in the industry:- bars,- tubes,- tubes,- plates,- various profiles,- plates,- round and drawn irons,- wire mesh and rigid fences,- worked products (twisted, curled).the steels concerned are common steels intended for steel construction. The buildings and infrastructures of the city are mainly equipped with Rain Bird branded materials and, in addition, Toro branded materials. The products offered by the holder will be strictly compatible in technical, aesthetic and performance terms with the equipment of these brands already installed. This lot concerns in particular the following products:- structural wood,- reconstituted wood,- structural panels (wood, plywood, MDF, OSB),- layout panels,- formwork wood,- rough joinery wood.This lot does not concern exterior landscaping wood. This lot will not concern the manufacture of custom-made elements. This contract concerns raw or manufactured timber for the landscaping of the commune's exterior spaces. It will consist mainly of raw supplies used by the technical services for the construction of structures or landscaping creations (troughs, edges of flower beds, stairs, supports) and will consist mainly of:- rectangular or square beams, with one or two bevelled corners if necessary;- construction posts, bevelled or not, raw or profiled;- cladding boards, raw or grooved;- crossbeams;- logs.It may sometimes involve manufactured furniture, such as: planters, information panels, pergolas, fences, etc. Supplies ancillary to the construction wood, such as mulch, stakes, canisses, etc., are excluded from this contract. The lot concerns:- hand tools for green and horticultural areas,- tools for creating and small landscape masonry,- all tools with handles,- all manual cutting tools,- supplies for managing manual watering,- pruning and felling equipment,- jerry cans.The holder of this lot may also be requested to supply specific PPE in the event that the supplier awarded this contract is unable to meet the city's expectations for specialised products. The lot does not include: - conventional work clothing and PPE, - portable electric and heat engine tools, - signs and signalling equipment.
