Description

The city of Ratingen intends to extend the existing school complex by a new building for 12 classes, 2 music rooms and ancillary rooms, renovation and conversion of the existing school building as well as renovation measures in the neighbouring building complex consisting of a theatre and sports hall.the service description includes all measures for the preparation of the carpentry work_furnishing for the new school complex.in the sub-project existing school a comprehensive renovation with conversion measures in the entire existing building will take place. The school will be brought up to a sustainable standard in terms of room arrangement, room qualities and technical equipment.
