Description

The purpose of this contract is to carry out all building and civil engineering works on the future maintenance and storage site of Montreuil. Lot T-31, TCE works on the site includes the following works:- demolition, earthworks of the entire site and soil decontamination;- all building and civil engineering works: foundations, structural work, metal structures, wooden structures, roofing, joinery, floor and wall coverings, ceilings, painting, etc.;- all building and civil engineering works on the site: foundations, structural work, metal structures, wooden structures, roofing, joinery, floor and wall coverings, ceilings, painting, etc.;- all building and civil engineering works on the site.- RATP reserves the right to order the following three additional services:- additional fencing outside the site;- installation of a shaded area in the storage area;- security for the living area, the work site and three land registry parcels.
The scope of the contract includes the following studies and the execution of the following works (quantities given as an indication):- excavation/excavation/fill: 70 000 m3;- depollution: 31 000 m3;- supply and placing of concrete: 2 000 m3;- supply and placing of wet networks (including trenches) of all kinds: 2 600 ml;- underground retention basin: 2 u;- open-air retention basin: 1 u;- supply and installation of dry networks (including trenches) of all types: 44,000 ml;- supply and installation of all types of external lighting (including solid lighting): 450 u;- piles for building and LAC foundations: 150 u;- site retaining wall: 600 ml;- semi-buried car park: 1,700 m2;- technical premises building - TCE: 820 m2 floor;- industrial buildings - TCE: 3,800 m2 floor;- administrative and operating building - TCE: 1,950 m2 floor;- supply and installation of low-voltage light bulbs: 2 u;- cabinets and secondary distribution: 22 u;- supply and installation of lighting (all types) in the buildings: 1,150 u;- supply and installation of all types of cable ducts: 13 900 ml;- installation of low-voltage cables: 7 800 ml;- supply and installation of gas water heaters: 1 u;- supply and installation of solar water heaters: 1 u;- supply and installation of electric water heaters: 3 u;- supply and installation of wood boilers (320 kw): 1 u;- supply and installation of gas boilers (400 kw): 1 u;- air handling units: 5 u.
