Description

The present consultation concerns:- construction of a boarding school - rehabilitation of the J. Cocteau high school in Miramas (13);- construction of a boarding school in traditional wooden frame with straw filling (SDO built 1 047 m2 - surface of the complexes (walls, floors and roofs) in straw 1 800 m2);- rehabilitation of the day school by renovating the covered enclosure of buildings a, b, c, d, e, f and G, making the whole of the J. Cocteau high school in Miramas (13) accessible.
Renovation of the lycée:- complete removal of asbestos from the building;- renovation of the enclosed/covered buildings: renovation of the facade cladding, replacement of waterproofing;- demolition of certain volumes connecting buildings b, c and d;- major functional changes on the ground floor of Building B with the redesign of the lycée living space and its link with school life;- installation of a second lift. Construction of the boarding school:- construction of the boarding school infrastructure. Construction of the boarding school:- construction of the timber-framed walls (excluding interior linings), timber frame works, roofs/roofs and all exterior facings. Renovation of the school:- construction of footbridges (three) completely glazed to replace the demolished bastions;- installation of a covered gallery in the courtyard;- realization of works in locksmith's trade: fixed vertical and horizontal sunbreakers, fences with specific Jean Cocteau motifs. Renovation of the high school:- replacement of all the joinery of the building and installation of blackout systems (BSO/stores);- construction of the boarding school:- installation of aluminium wood joinery and blackout systems (BSO/stores). Renovation of the secondary school:- interior renovation of the buildings: rebuilding of floors, walls and ceilings;- major functional changes on the ground floor of Building B with the redesign of the secondary school living space and its link with school life;- functional changes on the floors of the buildings: removal of certain storage rooms, redesign and creation of some classrooms and straightening of traffic flows;- making all the existing buildings accessible.Construction of the boarding school:- completion of all finishing works;- construction of custom-made furniture and fittings in each living cell. Renovation of the high school:- installation of a simple flow ventilation system by insufflation and change of the VMC of the sanitary spaces;- repairs/modifications of the heating and plumbing installations.construction of the boarding school:- realization of all the HVAC/plumbing installations. Renovation of the high school:- repair of the high and low current networks of the buildings: replacement of the lighting and installation of a sound system in connection with the PPMS and the SSI;- realization of all the high and low current electrical installations. Renovation of the high school:- taking over of all the outside spaces;- construction of the boarding school:- installation of the connections and connections of the outside networks with the high school;- realization of all the outside spaces. Installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof.
