Description

1) General construction maintenance, minor repairs and breakdown repair in buildings owned by the State Treasury, in common parts of residential buildings (staircases, cellar corridors, attics, wheelhouses, drying rooms, laundries and shelter rooms) and in free-standing utility buildings, including garages, utility cells, stand-alone central heating units - include, inter alia, works related to roof coverings, building facades, window and door joinery, smoke, flue gas and ventilation ducts.2) Maintenance, as well as minor repairs and repairs and repairs of failures of sanitary installations and equipment and heat substations in Treasury residential buildings, in premises and common areas, in Treasury utility buildings, including garages, utility cells and free-standing toilets.3) Maintenance of electrical installation, minor repairs and repair of failures in the common part of Treasury residential buildings, staircases, basements, corridors, central heating substations and free-standing Treasury buildings, including garages, utility cells and free-standing toilet.4) Ensuring efficiency of carbon monoxide (carbon monoxide) sensors.5) Detailed description of the order (material scope of works is specified in the ToR in item 1 Description of the subject matter of the order)
