Renovation of the building located at 45 Jedności Narodowej Street in Wroclaw.
The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes, among others.:1) installation of central heating and domestic hot water in dwelling units supplied from double-function gas boilers,2) liquidation of individual sources of heat and individual sources of domestic hot water preparation together with finishing works after their liquidation, 3) execution of proper ventilation of rooms in the building with the use of free smoke ducts after demolished furnaces, installation of new ventilation ducts and flue gas ducts for dual-function gas boilers,4) reconstruction of gas installation,5) reconstruction of internal cold water installations,6) execution, delivery and installation of an "information board for the duration of construction" - in accordance with the "Instructions for the Contractor, Principles of signage for investment in the field of information for residents", together with board templates.
