Iceland - Building completion work

Description

Interior finishing in the west building of Bæjarhálsi 1 as described in the tender documents.
The current state of the building inside is that a new heating system has been installed and completed. Floors have been floated and thus prepared for priming and laying new flooring. There are some pipes and equipment in the ceilings of the building that must be reused. The pipes that are still in place and must be reused include electrical conduits, ventilation conduits and sprinkler conduits. However, no pipes are usable as they are, but in all cases the pipes that are present must be added and/or changed to some extent. This work is included in the tender work.Furthermore, this tender includes the supply and finishing of the interior of all ceilings, flooring, light walls, new pipes, changes to older pipes, finishing of the end equipment of low-voltage and low-voltage user systems, e.g. network pipes, fire alarm systems, access control, etc.The construction and installation of fixed furniture and interiors is excluded from this tender.See further information about the work in the tender documents.
