Description

The commune of St-Sulpice (hereinafter referred to as the "contracting authority") currently owns a number of buildings on its territory. The buildings are used for a variety of purposes, including administration, schools, pre-schools, after-schools, refectories, accommodation and multi-purpose halls.To optimize the work processes and services provided by the buildings department, the contracting authority has decided to outsource cleaning services for all communal buildings.The aim is to set up reliable service providers for a 3-year period, renewable for a further 2 years.the contracting authority is opening this invitation to tender to all cleaning companies capable of providing quality services in line with the use of the premises, and meeting the hygiene standards in force at the location where they are to be carried out.
