The subject of the proceedings and the order is to select a Contractor for the performance of cleaning and disinfecting services in the buildings of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Kraków.22.1 Didactic object of the Faculty of Medicine, 12 Kopernika Street, with the area of 2516.88 m2,2.2 Didactic object of the Faculty of Health Sciences, 12 Michałowskiego Street, with the area of 2851.40 m2,2.3 Didactic Facility of the Faculty of Health Sciences, 25 Kopernika St., with an area of 1353.49 m2,2.4 Didactic and Congress Centre of the Faculty of Medicine, 16 Lazarza St., with an area of 5505.42 m2.3. The total area to be cleaned in the buildings amounts to: 12 227,19m2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including its scope, manner of execution and requirements related thereto is provided in Attachments 1 and 1A to the SWZ (identical with Attachments 1 and 1A to the Contract).
The subject matter of the proceedings and the contract is selection of a Contractor for the performance of cleaning and disinfecting services in the buildings of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Kraków.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 257 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the present proceedings if public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to financing the contract are not granted.2List of Didactic Facilities of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum:2.1 Didactic Facility of the Faculty of Medicine, 12 Kopernika Street, with an area of 2516.88 m2,2.2 Didactic Facility of the Faculty of Health Sciences, 12 Michałowskiego Street, with an area of 2851.40 m2,2.3 Didactic Facility of the Faculty of Health Sciences, 25 Kopernika St., with an area of 1353.49 m2,2.4 Didactic and Congress Centre of the Faculty of Medicine, 16 Lazarza St., with an area of 5505.42 m2.3. The total area to be cleaned in the buildings amounts to: 12 227,19m2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including its scope, manner of execution and requirements related thereto is provided in Attachments 1 and 1a to the SWZ (identical with Attachments 1 and 1a to the Agreement). 3.1. 3.1 The Principal reserves the right to limit the area to be cleaned in individual buildings in situations when a part of any building is temporarily excluded from use (up to 25% of the area) e.g. during renovations, repairs, and the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims on this account. This shall also apply during holidays and vacations as well as during periods when a building or a part thereof is out of use due to circumstances beyond the Contracting Authority's control (e.g. epidemics). In such cases, the Principal will specify 7 days in advance the number of days on which the classrooms and passageways to these premises will not require cleaning. The Contractor shall reduce the amount due for a given month by the amount corresponding to the product of the area out of use, the amount equal to 1/30 of the monthly amount due and the number of days out of use.3.2 The Contractor must offer to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Contracting Authority's requirements specified in the ToR. 3.3 A contractor must have persons capable of performing the contract and must have the necessary tools and equipment to perform the contract. 3.4 The scope of the contract covers the performance of cleaning and disinfecting services with own equipment, tools and cleaning and disinfecting agents. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide an appropriate number of persons capable of performing the contract to ensure proper performance of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to duly perform the works taking into account the working hours of the facility and its specificity as described in the SWZ (Terms of Reference).
