Here, among other things, investigations are carried out into chemical safety, genetic engineering safety and environmental radioactivity.

Maintenance cleaning including the delivery of sanitary material and glass cleaning at two locations in Halle (Saale):Lot 1: Maintenance cleaning including the delivery of sanitary material in Reideburger Straße (State Office for Environmental Protection Saxony-Anhalt, Reideburger Straße 47, 06116 Halle (Saale))At both locations, some laboratory areas have to be cleaned. Here, among other things, investigations into chemical safety, genetic engineering safety and environmental radioactivity will be carried out.2 Duration2.1 The contract will be concluded with a term from 01.07.2021 to 30.06.2024. The contract ends by expiration of time, without the need for termination.2.2 The client reserves the right to extend the contract period twice by one year at the same conditions. The Customer shall notify the Contractor in text form of the exercise of the extension option no later than three months before the end of the contractual period.3 Service requirements3.1 Maintenance cleaning comprises the services according to the bill of quantities (Annex 2) in the rooms specified in the floor space list (Annexes 4 and 6). Within this scope, the contractor shall be responsible for the cleanliness of the named rooms.3.3 The execution of the cleaning work in the laboratory area shall be designed in such a way that the trouble-free operation of the laboratory is ensured. The contractor shall ensure that the personnel employed by him comply with the corresponding specifications of the customer. Laboratory-specific training or instruction of the cleaning personnel shall be carried out by the two laboratory managers after the order has been placed (see sample in Annex 13).3.4 The training of the cleaning personnel and their representatives shall be carried out1) at the beginning of the contract by the purchaser in detail on site,2) by the contractor in the event of subsequent personnel changes. The purchaser reserves the right to reduce the monthly remuneration for the duration of an improper briefing.3.5 The contractor must ensure that his cleaning staff are able to perform all contractually agreed services properly and in good quality at the start of the contract. The customer assumes that cleaning staff are available in sufficient numbers to perform the services in a proper and object-related manner.3.6 The contractor undertakes to carry out the cleaning work only with workers who have the necessary aptitude and experience for this work, have a command of the German language and guarantee through personal reliability that the customer's business operations are not impaired.3.7 The contractor is obliged to provide the machines and equipment1) required for the cleaning,2) cleaning and care products (observe no. 4) himself. The maintenance of the machines and equipment used shall also be at his expense. It is to be ensured that the cleaning machines and cleaning equipment are in a clean and safe condition.3.8 The necessary materials for the filling of the waste collection containers (waste baskets in the offices and separate waste bins in the tea kitchens), the paper towel dispenser and the soap dispenser are to be supplied by the contractor. 3.9 It must be ensured that the waste collected separately by the LAU staff is also disposed of separately by the cleaning staff.3.10 The cleaning services are carried out in compliance with the relevant occupational health and safety regulations and the state of the art, taking into account environmentally friendly aspects. Cleaning work and the use of cleaning agents must not pose any health hazards to the cleaning staff themselves or to the employees of the client.3.11 The contractor is obliged to maintain a company liability insurance for the duration of the contract. The proof of insurance shall be presented to the customer on request.3.12 The contractor shall determine the place and time of the cleaning work to be carried out in a weekly cleaning schedule in consultation with the customer. This plan shall be handed over to the purchaser. If the cleaning cannot be carried out due to holidays, it will be carried out as required by the Customer at a time determined in consultation with the Customer.3.13 The Customer reserves the right to change the cleaning frequencies, the cleaning areas if necessary and the performance requirements according to the needs of the Customer. Price changes associated with this require a new, written agreement.3.14 Minor changes to a room or glass directory do not justify a price increase.3.15 The client can have services not provided by the contractor carried out by another provider at the contractor's expense after a prior and unsuccessful request for rectification with a short deadline.4. requirements for the cleaning agents and hygienic papers to be used4.1 For maintenance cleaning and glass cleaning, environmentally friendly and health-friendly cleaning agents bearing the European Ecolabel or the German Blue Angel environmental seal must always be used. No cleaning agent that does not meet these requirements may be used during the execution of the order without the consent of the principal.4.2 Unless otherwise expressly requested by the principal, the following cleaning agents are to be dispensed with as a matter of principle Flushing cistern additives, WC/flushing cistern hangers, WC bricks, scented cleaning stones for urinals, air fresheners/scented dispensers for WCs and washrooms, chemical drain cleaners.4.3 For each cleaning agent offered or used, a safety data sheet, a technical data sheet with information on the ingredients and instructions for use must be supplied. They are to be kept in the object folder in the cleaning room together with any necessary operating instructions.4.4 For cleaning agents that are to be used in diluted form, the contractor must use suitable dosing aids to produce the working solution.4.5 The precautionary use of disinfectant or disinfectant cleaner is to be dispensed with unless it concerns hygienically demanding areas, e.g. kitchens or toilets.4.6 The contractor must instruct his personnel annually in the proper and professional handling of the cleaning agents and cleaning equipment used. For new employees, training is provided promptly after they are hired. In the event of a product change, retraining shall take place promptly.4.7 The contractor shall document the training courses. The documentation shall describe the instruction including a list of the training contents, duration, exact designation of the trained products. It contains the signatures of the participating employees. This documentation shall be presented upon request of the purchaser.4.8 For each cleaning agent (including soap), hygienic paper or bin liner to be used, Annexes 8, 9 or 20 must be completed in full and enclosed with the quotation (exclusion criterion).5. performance time5.1 The maintenance cleaning in Reideburger Straße 47 (Lot 1) must be carried out in the following time window:Monday: 15:00 to 19:30 Tuesday: 15:00 to 19:30 Tuesday: 15:00 to 19:30 Wednesday: 15:00 to 19:30 Thursday: 15:00 to 19:30Friday and on days before public holidays: 13:00 to 16:30 Except for maintenance cleaning in the laboratory area. This has to be carried out Monday to Thursday between 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Maintenance cleaning in Reilstraße 72 (Lot 2) has to be carried out in the following time slot:Monday: 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Tuesday: 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Wednesday: 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Friday and on days before public holidays: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A change of these time slots can be made by mutual agreement and has to be made in writing.Public holidays in the State of Saxony-Anhalt and the 24.12. and 31.12. of each year are not days on which services are provided.5.2 The client assumes that the quality he desires and proper performance of the service can only be achieved if the agreed time of performance is not fallen short of. In the price sheets for lots 1 and 3 (Annex 14), column H shows the framework of the time of performance envisaged by the client. In column I the contractor has to enter his concretely planned performance time, which should be within the given framework. The cleaning time planned by the contractor for the individual cleaning services becomes part of the contract and must be at least adhered to. The violation entitles the customer to extraordinary termination.5.3 The glass cleaning has to be carried out twice a year. This should normally be in spring and autumn. Appropriate dates are to be agreed with the LAU at the beginning of each calendar year.6 Quality managementThe contractor undertakes to carry out an on-site inspection of the cleaning services provided by his cleaning staff at least once a month, or additionally if required by the customer. The rooms to be inspected are to be changed regularly (e.g. random principle). They should amount to at least 1/4 of the areas to be cleaned per property and always include all room groups.
