The Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"), having its head office at 3351, boulevard des Forges, C.P. 500, Trois-Rivières (Québec) G9A 5H7, is requesting Tenders for the following Construction work:

INFORMATION SESSION AND SITE VISIT
Bidders are invited to an information session and site visit on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm . The information meeting will take place in two parts:.
1. A meeting at the Hôtel Gouverneur. Please arrive at the reception desk by 1:30 p.m. at 975 rue Hart, Trois-Rivières, Québec, G9A 4S3 Canada. https://trois-rivieres.gouverneur.com/
2. Afterwards, visit the site located at 376 Rue St-Georges, Trois-Rivières, QC, a 7-minute walk away.
Tenderers' presence is optional.
Each Bidder's representative who attends an information session and visits the site must sign the attendance sheet. Following the information session and site visit, the Owner will draw up minutes indicating the name and title of the Bidder's representative(s) present, as well as the name of the Bidder.

The PUBLIC BODY has adopted a Procedure for the receipt and examination of complaints relating to a contract award process. The TENDERER or any Person having an interest within the meaning of this procedure may lodge a complaint with the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION concerning this Invitation to Tender. The conditions for opening a complaint, as well as the procedure for filing a complaint, can be found in the Procedure for Receiving and Examining Complaints Relating to a Contract Award Process of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION. By signing the Bid Form, the TENDER acknowledges that it has read the Procedure for Receiving and Examining Complaints Regarding the Awarding of a Contract by the PUBLIC BODY and agrees to abide by it at all times.
