Australia - Buddina SS Oval Resurfacing (With Design Responsibility)

Description

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an Oval Resurfacing at Buddina SS, located at Cnr Iluka Avenue and Tumut Street, Buddina QLD 4575, as part of the Smart School Subsidy (SSS) program.
The project comprises of turfing the existing oval. The oval is at the back of the school with reasonable site access and working space. All works are to be completed by May 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
