View Changes The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), Pacific Island Division (PID) is soliciting quotes to paint the bottom of a NOAA P/V F3901, a 38ft. Aluminum hull SAFE Boats vessel in accordance with the Statement of Work/Technical Specifications.
The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 336611, with a size standard of 1,300 EMP. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses.
The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via SAM.gov. The solicitation number 1333MF24Q0086. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued.

All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the SAM. The anticipated award date is on or about July 12, 2024. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 Commercial Acquisition).
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on July 17, 2024. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to manuel.ponce@noaa.gov.
