Lot 1: Delivery of booksDirect orders and media subscriptions per library and loan-ready processing of books according to the "Sample Catalogue for Technical Processing of Books", includingThe materials required for media processing (except barcode labels) are part of the offer. The barcode labels listed (according to the sample catalogue) will be provided by the Customer, provided that the Contractor assumes the organisation of transport and the costs incurred for transport. Bestsellers must be delivered in a separate container and marked accordingly with the words "Bestseller" Estimated purchase quantity: approx. 9,200 pieces/year Lot 2: Delivery of audio booksDirect orders and media subscriptions per library and ready-to-lend processing of books according to the "Sample Catalogue for Technical Processing of Audio Books", and a.:- repackaging in RFID-compliant packaging according to the sample catalogue (only applies to audio books for the District Central Library or deliveries within the scope of media subscriptions),- all other audio books are delivered in the original packaging, but without foil.the delivery of the media should preferably take place in swap containers. The delivery of bestsellers must be in a separate container and marked accordingly with the note "Bestseller". Estimated purchase quantity: approx. 1 900 pieces/year Lot 3: Delivery of CD, DVD/Blu-ray in the field of musicThe orders of the libraries are placed via the contractor's homepage.the delivery is preferably made without foil packaging.the delivery of the media is preferably made in swap bodies. Lot 4: Delivery of conventional gamesThe orders of the libraries are placed via the homepage of the contractor Loan-ready processing of conventional games as follows:- Delivery of batteries, if they are necessary for the use of the game,- Foil wrapping of the lid for longer durability of the game,- Listing of the game material glued and foil wrapped into the lid.Further services as follows:- spare parts service for games,- download for game instructions,- data provision for cataloguing.optional services as follows:- free RFID matching (note to libraries if games in metal boxes are not suitable for posting with RFID technology),- free provision of data for cataloguing in Word format (by e-mail).expected purchase quantity: approx. 250 pieces/year. Lot 5: Delivery of software and console gamesThe orders of the libraries are placed via the contractor's homepage Foil packaging must be removed before delivery Optional media subscriptions can be offered by the bidder Expected purchase quantity: approx. 150 pieces/year Lot 6: Delivery of films on DVD and Blu-rayThe orders of the libraries are placed via the homepage of the contractor Film packaging is to be removed before delivery Optional services as follows:- Offer of media subscriptions in the area of films,- Delivery of RDA catalogue data in the format Marc21 via the interface of the VÖBB (if possible within the framework of already agreed data deliveries to the VÖBB)Expected purchase quantity: approx. 2 700 pieces/year.
