Description

Contract for the maintenance and operation of Orvitis' self-contained heating systems: MTI, PFI, PF, CPI and P3 services are provided on a lump-sum basis.The 169 installations run on domestic fuel oil, natural gas, electricity and wood, and are broken down into:Lot 1: MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF HEATING PLANTS AND SUB-PLANTS IN THE EST AND URBAINES AGENCIES, i.e. a total of 4,636 housing units.Lot 2: MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF HEATING PLANTS AND SUB-PLANTS IN THE HAUTE CÔTE D'OR AND SUD CÔTE D'OR AGENCIES, i.e. a total of 3,442 housing units.
MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF BOILER ROOMS AND SUBSTATIONS FOR THE EST AND URBAN AGENCIES : o 88 PFI (Prestations - Forfait - Intéressement) boiler rooms, for 4337 housing unitso 9 PF (Prestations - Forfait) boiler rooms, for 299 housing unitsA total of 4636 housing units o 7 MTI (Marchés - Température - Intéressement) boiler rooms, for 82 dwellingso 54 PFI-type heating systems (Services - Fixed price - Incentive), for 2913 dwellingso 9 PF-type heating systems (Services - Fixed price), for 157 dwellings o 2 CPI-type heating systems (Fuel - Services - Incentive), for 290 dwellingsA total of 3,442 dwellings.
