Description

The purpose of the contract is to supply cards with kits for sampling and final pre-transfusion control at the patient's bedside for the Groupement hospitalier universitaire de Champagne (GHSA), whose establishments, which are parties to the GHSA, are the following: Centre hospitalier universitaire de Reims, Centre hospitalier Auban-Moët d'Épernay, Centre hospitalier de Châlons-en-Champagne, Groupe hospitalier Sud Ardennes (GHSA) in Rethel-Vouziers and Centre hospitalier d'Argonne in Sainte-Menehould. The contract holder will also be responsible for training users.
The purpose of the contract is to supply cards with kits for sampling and ultimate pre-transfusion control at the patient's bedside for the Groupement hospitalier universitaire de Champagne. The contract holder will also be responsible for training users. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the second paragraph of Article R. 2162-2 of the French Public Order Code (CCP), which is executed by issuing successive purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP. The contract is concluded with a single economic operator. The contract is concluded with a minimum and a maximum. For each of the establishments which are parties to the contract, the minimums for the total duration of the contract, expressed in quantity, are for the CHU Reims 50000 cards with kits, the CH Châlons 6800, the CH Epernay 6800, the GHSA Rethel-Vouziers 4000 and the CH Argonne de Sainte-Menehould 400. The maximums, for the total duration of the contract, may not exceed four times these minimums.
