Call for tenders in accordance with Section 27 (1) of the Implementing Ordinance of the North Rhine-Westphalia Elderly and Nursing Care Act (APG DVO NRW) The binding care needs plan in accordance with Section 7 of the North Rhine-Westphalia Elderly and Nursing Care Act, published above, indicates a need for 101 additional full inpatient care places by 2026, which is hereby put out to tender in accordance with Section 27 (1) APG DVO following a resolution by the City Council of Münster on 13.12.2023.Providers who are interested in creating a share of the advertised places are hereby requested to notify the City of Münster as the local social welfare authority by 30.04.2024, 18:00. This is NOT the award of a public contract, but a request for notification of interest on the part of (suitable) providers (expression of interest).
