CANADA PROVINCE DE QUÉBEC M.R.C. DE CHARLEVOIX VILLE DE BAIE-SAINT-PAUL PUBLIC TENDERING CONSTRUCTION WORK - BIKE-PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE, RTE 138: The City of Baie-Saint-Paul is seeking bids for construction work on a bicycle-pedestrian bridge over the Le Bras du Nord-Ouest River. The work involves building a new ±42-meter-long steel or aluminum footbridge on piles, as well as landscaping the approaches to connect with the existing bike path. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided and accompanied by the required documents. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts the terms, conditions and specifications of the tender document. Tenders must be submitted before 2:00 p.m. on May 7, 2024, at the Baie-Saint-Paul City Hall, 15, rue Forget, Baie-Saint-Paul (Québec) G3Z 3G1. Tenders will be opened at 2:05 p.m. on the same day. Only persons, firms or companies having their principal place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement applicable to this contract are authorized to bid. This contract is subject to ACCQO , AQNB and ALEC . The City of Baie-Saint-Paul does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid. Tender documents are available on the electronic tendering system at www.seao.ca as of April 17, 2024. The cost of documents obtained from the electronic system is determined by this firm.
