Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of 5 000 units of starting berets of olive-coloured berets.2 The performance of the contract will be in accordance with the tender of the economic operator selected to perform the contract, but no later than 29.11.2019. (the deadline for implementation will be one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders). The Contracting Authority shall require that the order be executed from the date of conclusion of the contract within the time resulting from the most advantageous tender. However, the Ordering Party reserves that not less than 60 days from the signing of the contract and not more than 120 days from the signing of the contract. If the date of order execution indicated by the contractor in the offer, at the moment of signing the contract, exceeds the date of 29.11.2019, the Ordering Party shall enter the date of order execution into the contract 29.11.2019-3..In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party shall request from the contractor whose tender will be assessed as the highest, to submit the following documents within a period not shorter than 10 days: 1) a document stating that the contractor's quality management system meets the requirements contained in PN-EN ISO 9001:2015;2) current certificate (with a date of issue later than the date of WDTT 422A/MON approval by the Commander of the Military Research and Implementation Center of the Uniformed Service) issued by the entity authorized to quality control (WOBWSM in Łódź) confirming it, that the subject of the contract corresponds to the technical specifications specified by the Contracting Authority (issuance of certificates is carried out by WOBWSM in accordance with the "Instruction for assessment and confirmation of conformity of factory designs with approved military documentation and specimens of uniforms and equipment", available on the WOBWSM website, within 16 working days from the date of submission of an appropriate application).
