Description

Within the scope of the new construction of the Klinik am Eichert, services in the area of sewage, water and gas facilities are to be provided. The following systems are to be installed:- 1x softening system;- 1x reverse osmosis system;- 1x hot water preparation system;- 1x dialysis system;- 1x installation systems for wastewater, rainwater, drinking water;- 1x grease separator system;- 1x hydrant system;- 1x light liquid separator system.
Drinking water supplyThe drinking water supply is carried out in the house connection room on the floor U2.The determined drinking water quantity is Vs= 24 l/s.Waste waterThe accumulating waste water of the floors is drained by means of an open level drainage system.Waste water discharge Qww: 34.79 l/sRain waterThe rain water of the calculated rain donation r(5.5) and r(5.100) is led through an internal rain water pipe system in the open level/vacuum system. Determined rainwater quantities: Q(5.5) = 605 l/s, Q(5.100) = 1012 l/sSoftening plantThe softening plant is planned as a pendulum plant using the ion exchanger principle. A peak volume flow of 13.60 m3/h was determined for the softening plant. Three individual brine tanks with a volume of 10 m3 each are planned.reverse osmosis plantDue to the specific requirements on the water quality of consumers from the medical and kitchen technology, an additional water treatment by reverse osmosis plant with two membrane stages and hardness stabilization is planned. The reverse osmosis plant is planned with a redundancy of 2 x 100 %. Excluded from the redundancy are the permeate tanks after the first and second membrane stage. The permeate tank of stage 1 is planned with a volume of 20 m3. The permeate tank of stage 2. is planned with a volume of 10 m3. Hot water preparation systemThe hot water preparation system for drinking water is implemented in a continuous flow principle with fresh water stations. The installation locations are the technical centres on the U2 floor and on the E2 floor. The kitchen technology has its own separate hot water preparation. Dialysis systemA dialysis system is also planned due to the specific water quality requirements of medical technology consumers. A peak volume flow of 3.2 m³/h was determined for the dialysis plant. The plant is supplied with 0odH water from the softening plant.fat separator plantThe fatty waste water is collected by means of a separate pipe system and fed into the U2 to fresh fat separator. The determined dirty water quantity of the fat-containing waste water is QFSW= 17 l/s. Taking into account the difficulty factors, two parallel shaded fresh fat separators of the size NS 20 are provided. In accordance with the kitchen technology, the installation site of the wet waste system is planned close to the fresh grease separator on the U2 floor. Hydrant systemInside the building, fire brigade extraction fittings are planned as a wet system in the area of the staircases. The basis of the planning is the simultaneous operation of three extraction fittings with a capacity of 200 l/min each for 120 minutes. 72 m3 fire water tank is planned on the U2 floor. For the supply of the risers a double pump system is planned. light liquid separator systemFor the helicopter landing pad a fire water retention in the ground of the floor E0 is planned. The fire water will be drained off via the planned rainwater piping system. By means of a switch shaft, the flow path is diverted into the fire water retention when the fire monitors are triggered.
