Description

The subject of the tender is the provision of payment services and other banking services for the Contracting Authority for the duration of the Agreement. The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a new Agreement for Banking Services. Given the estimated value of the Assignment, the Contracting Authority is required to put the Assignment out to tender pursuant to the Procurement Act. The purpose of this Tender is to arrive at an objective choice for one Contractor to whom the Order for the provision of Banking Services to the Contracting Authority will be awarded.
The Contracting Authority intends to enter into an agreement for the provision of payment transactions and current account facility. The Contracting Authority wants to handle its incoming and outgoing cash flows in the most efficient manner. This means the lowest possible transaction costs for payment transactions in combination with minimum interest costs or maximum interest income on its current account balance. Payment transactions must be settled on a fee basis. In addition, great importance is attached to the quality, reliability and user-friendliness of the payment processing package. There are requirements for reliability and timeliness within the systems of the main banker.
