Subject of the contract - granting and servicing a long-term credit in the amount of PLN 32,000,000.00 for the purpose of: co-financing of projects implemented in 2019 investment tasks: construction of roads in the city, construction of roads in rural areas, construction of roads and underground infrastructure of the Regional Industrial Park of the WSEZ Inwest Park in the Nysa commune, in the Radzikowice and Goświnowice villages, Interchange Centre in Nysa - reconstruction of streets: Railway, Wrocławska Rynek, Customs, along with an intelligent transport system, purchase of low-emission rolling stock, arming of investment areas in the former FSD area, Improvement of traffic flow in the southern subregion through construction and reconstruction of key roads leading to investment zones and state borders - construction of a road in ul. Kaczkowskiego and Brodzińskiego in Nysa, Construction of sports facilities in educational institutions of the Nysa Commune - construction of a gymnasium in Niwnica, Protection of protected areas of the Nysa Commune - Nysa Forts Natura 2000 area - through targeting tourist traffic, Construction of roads in the estate at ul. Mickiewicza - Powstańców Śląskich in Nysa, Improvement of the technical condition of residential units, Development of design documentation for the construction of a 110/15 kV GPZ Radzikowice substation, Lighting in the city and municipality, Construction of a road in Niwnica - road behind a bus stop, Construction of a road in Miłosza Street in Nysa, Reconstruction of a road in Ujejski Street (dz. nr 13/4) in Nysa, and repayment of loans previously taken out.
