Description

A British company is sought to provide:

- a survey of an existing distribution system
(to include delivery of a geographic digital map with coordinates of the existing distribution network, roads, buildings, sewerage lines, water supply lines, gas and distribution lines, telephone, power and internet lines and the capacity of existing underground cables and conductors)

- a feasibility study of conversion of the proposed underground distribution network
(to include challenges for implementation, preparation plans, environmental impact)

- design and drawing of the proposed underground distribution network
(to include design for transformers, switching devices and boxes and in consideration for the road and space limitation of Dhaka. All designs must consider earthquakes and other disasters)

- preparation of a master plan with projected costs
(to include drawing, design and estimation for conversion of all existing overhead networks, feeder-to-feeder links and splits, substations, analysis of system demands and consumer growth and consumption for the republic of Bangladesh until 2041. Plans should include priority zones for implementation and costs)
