Description

The consultation concerns the performance of compulsory technical inspection services relating to motor vehicles of the Charente-Maritime fire and rescue department (SDIS 17) and related services. The services are broken down into ten distinct lots treated by separate framework agreements. They will be the subject of a split framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-2 et seq., R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The services of the framework agreement are performed by issuing successive purchase orders according to the appearance of the needs of the public entity.
The following are due to this batch:- technical inspection services for light vehicles and commercial vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of less than 3.5 t;- any conveyances;- certain associated services;- any item, supply or service falling within the category of this batch.
