Description

The basic functions of the FP1 block are as follows: - filter the inlet gases (Air, O2, H2, N2),- select the gases (Air, O2, H2, N2) using controlled valves,- regulate the mass flow rates of each gas precisely and quickly regardless of pressure. We recommend the use of integrated flow regulators,- measuring and returning the gas flow values to FG8_FP1,- being able to mix the mass flows of the different gases (Air/N2 - O2/N2 - H2/N2) using pilot operated valves and flow regulators,- allowing gas distribution without exceeding the flow rate (overshoot),- managing the safety commands and passive safety features of FG10_FP1. This block contains the FP4 and FP5 subsystems. It is important to note that the candidate in the FP45 block is responsible for supporting the FP4 and FP5 sub-blocks. An application on only one of the 2 blocks will not be considered. In addition, the candidate is requested to include in the implementation of this block the possibility of individual independent operation of each of the 2 sub-blocks FP4 and FP5 (after removal of the fluidic bonds connecting the 2 sub-blocks). The FG8 subsystem allows the supervision and data management of blocks FP1, FP2, FP3, FP45, FP6 in conjunction with a general supervisor. It includes the choice of the digital data exchange network. It also takes into account the management of security functions. The successful candidate will be required to provide the control-command interfaces (PLCs) for all sub-blocks named FG8_FPX.
