The 139th AW MOANG Contracting Office, 705 Memorial Drive, St. Joseph, MO 64503 intends to sole source a contract with Howard, Day & Associates, Inc. for an Automated Lodging Reservation Turnkey System that must include the attached requirements:

 This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A), when the supplies required by the agency are available from only one responsible source.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to provide the part required. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice (see below). Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirements. A determination by the Government not to complete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15. Response Date: no later than 11:00 a.m. Central Time on 16 May 2019.
