Public Tender Notice
CIUSSS DE LA CAPITALE-NATIONALE is issuing a public call for tenders to purchase one (1) automated high-pressure washer for rodent and primate cages and carts.
Contract period and award
The place of delivery of the goods is at the Institut Universitaire en Santé mentale de Québec, located at 2601 chemin de la Canardière, Québec City, Québec G1J 2G3. Delivery and commissioning of the equipment shall be made within a maximum of 20 weeks following receipt of the purchase order and approval of the drawings for delivery.
Bid Guarantee
No bid security is required for this call for tenders.
Receipt of Bids
Offers, together with all required documents, will be received in a sealed envelope no later than Tuesday, November 17, 2020 before 2:00 p.m. at 2915 du Bourg-Royal Avenue, Québec City, Québec G1C 3S2. The office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tender documents can only be obtained through the SE@O electronic tendering system at www.seao.ca or at 514-856-6600 for residents of the Montreal area and toll-free at 1-866-669-7326 for residents outside the Montreal area.
Complaint Filing Date (RFP)
The deadline for filing complaints (RFPs) with the Public Agency is November 9, 2020.
